Web3.eth bot

I need  a bot that transfers tokens from Wallet A to Wallet B immediately whenever the bot scans previous blocks and finds a specific token address.

Ideally, I would love to replenish Wallet A, from another wallet with Ethereum for gas fees, automatically as well.

So my understanding is that the whole project consists of two bots or a smart contract but it will be slow unless there was progress since I played with sc.
